This study aimed at recognizing the impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan, the axes of the strategy were: informative sharing, free and independence, working teams, and organizational power. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire is designed and distributed on the sample of the study, which represented 60 employees of Banks. After analyzing the data by using SPSS, the study resulted that there is positive impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan. It suggested that the working banks in Jordan should establish database, and to create working teams.

In this research a local adsorbent was prepared from waste tires using two-step pyrolysis method. In the carbonization process, nitrogen gas flow rate was 0.2L/min at carbonization temperature of 500ºC for 1h. The char products were then preceded to the activation process at 850°C under carbon dioxide (CO2) activation flow rate of 0.6L/min for 3h. The activation method produced local adsorbent material with a surface area and total pore volume as high as 118.59m2 /g and 0.1467cm3/g, respectively. The produced . local adsorbent (activated carbon) was used for adsorption of lead from aqueous solution. The continuous fixed bed column experiments were conducted. Numerical investigation has been carried out on heat transfer and friction factor characteristics of copper-water nanofluid flow in a constant heat-fluxed tube with the existence of new configuration of vortex generator using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation. Abstract

Background and objective: Protective effect of (Andrographis Paniculata) on 4-Vinylcyclohexene Diepoxide.

Material and methods:A group of 55 female albino rats undergo experiment on the outcome effect of 4-vinylcyclohexene Diepoxide injection for a priod of two weeks, as well as treatment effect of methanolic leaf extract of Andrographis paniculata oral administration for four weeks. Injection  concentrations (160 and 320mg/kg. B.W) also two different doses of treatment (100 and 200mg/kg. B.W) have been applied.

Results:The results on body weight and ovary weight were more evident when higher concentration dose was applied.
