The objective of this research paper is two-fold. The first is a precise reading of the theoretical underpinnings of each of the strategic approaches: "Market approach" for (M. Porter), and the alternative resource-based approach (R B V), advocates for the idea that the two approaches are complementary. Secondly, we will discuss the possibility of combining the two competitive strategies: cost leadership and differentiation. Finally, we propose a consensual approach that we call "dual domination". 

Expired drug Metoclopramide was investigated as an antibacterial corrosion inhibitor for carbon steel in 0.5M H₃PO₄ solution using the electrochemical method at 30^oC and 60^oC. The results showed that this drug is an efficient inhibitor for carbon steel and the efficiency reached to 82.244 % for 175 ppm at 30^oC and 76.146% for 225 ppm at 60^oC. The adsorption of drug on carbon steel surface follows Langmuir adsorption isotherm with small values of adsorption-desorption constant. The wear behavior of alumina particulate reinforced A332 aluminium alloy composites produced by a stir casting process technique were investigated. A pin-on-disc type apparatus was employed for determining the sliding wear rate in composite samples at different grain size (1 µm, 12µm, 50 nm) and different weight percentage (0.05-0.1-0.5-1) wt% of alumina respectively. Mechanical properties characterization which strongly depends on microstructure properties of reinforcement revealed that the presence of ( nano , micro) alumina particulates lead to simultaneous increase in hardness, ultimate tensile stress (UTS), wear resistances. This study aimed to discover the reality of the teacher's maintainced of order and classroom management from the perspective of teachers themselves.

A social survey with an introduce sample that consist (180) male and female teachers from the provinces of Ajloun and Jerash in 2008-2009. To achieve the objective of the study was developed for this purpose and the results have shown the existence of statistically significant differences in marinating order and the management of class and in favor of females, the results also showed Statistically significant differences regarding the academic qualification and for the benefit of holders of master degrees and more compared to those with bachelor's degree.

The problem of the study lies in the need for standing on the justifications, reasons and difficulties that face the scientific research matter at Baghdad university.
