Objectives: To find out the effect of l-hydroxyphenazine (1-HP) on viability of T-lymphocytes and the reflects of this
effect on experimental hyadatidosis on hydatid cyst protoscoleces infectivity in vivo.
Methodology: Four groups of white male /ه/mice were experimentally infected with four concentrations of (1-HP)
with challenge dose of 2000 protoscoleces /1 ml with negative (9.8.5) and positive (P.H.A) control groups.
Results: It has been found that the higher concentrations (75,100) 1101/111 of the (1-HP) causes significant
decrement in the lymphocytes viability in comparison with negative and positive control groups. (060.01).

This study involved the evaluation of Alcoholic extract of Nerium Oleander L. plant that have a promising anticancer cell. This extract was compared to the well known anticancer drug Cis – Platinum by utilizing an in vivo system in female Albino mice. The first direction was cytogenetically using the mitotic Index of bone marrow cells as a parameter for the cytotoxic effect of this extract. The second direction was enzymatical using a widely distributed enzyme GOT in the different organs of mice: Liver , kidney , spleen and lung . Klebsiella pneumoniae have an ability to form biofilm as one of strategies to persist and overcome host defenses. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of rosemary essential oil alone and in combination with some antibiotics against biofilm of K. pneumoniae isolated from urine.
