This study aims to identify the forgiveness level among gifted students and its relation to the self-awareness. The study sample consisted of (207) students were randomly chosen, they are integrated in secondary schools in Abha / Saudi Arabia. The correlative, analytical descriptive method was adopted. Two scales were adopted by the researcher: The forgiveness scale prepared by Rye et al (2001) which translated to Arabic by Al-Mahasneh (2017) and the self-awareness scale which prepared by Al-Ghezwani (2017). We have carried out multi color CCD surface photometry on the spiral galaxies NGC 4800 and NGC 2715 using 1.88 m optical telescope of Kottamia Astronomical Observatory. From these observations, the surface brightness, Ellipticity, position angle and color indices profiles are studied. Stellar populations in different regions of the galaxies are analyzed using color indices diagrams. We found that the galaxy NGC 4800 has a diffuse bright nuclear region and the asymmetry of the bar is due to the nonuniform distribution of dust in the galaxy. The activity of peroxidase (POD) in cabbage was evaluated using
spectrophotometric method. The enzyme was extracted from the cabbage leaves
with 0.1 M phosphate buffer solution pH 7. 0 . POD activity was determined using
(O-dianisidine) as a substrate. The effects of the amounts of enzyme extract,
substrate concentration, pH and temperature were investigated. The highest activity
of POD was recored at 2 mg/ml. The highest activity of POD was optimized with
16 mM O-dianisidine, The optimum pH was 7.0 for POD , The optimum
temperature was 30°C for POD. These optimum conditions were used to
