Method: Six months, Jan. – Jun. 2010, cohort study was conducted on 600 adult diabetics who registered in the National Diabetes Center (NDC) / Al-Mustansiriya University, Baghdad – Iraq. In which, the generalization of the elongation and roundness ratio coefficient criterion was modified, which was set in a range between (0-1).
