على الرغم من تحقق ثورة هائلة وطفرة نوعية في مجال تكنلوجيا الاتصالات في دول العالم الا ان بلدنا كان محروما من التمتع بهذه التقنيات الحديثة في ظل النظام السابق, وبعد سقوط النظام ووجود بحبوحة من الحرية، دخلت الكثير من هذه التقنيات الى العراق ومنها الموبايل والانترنيت وغيرها من وسائل الاتصال المتطورة.

     هدف الدراسة معرفة التأثير السمي التراكمي للأعلاف الملوثة بالحنطة المتفحمة على أفراخ فروج اللحم .اجري هذا البحث في مختبرات الصحة الحيوانية التابعة لوزارة العلوم والتكنولوجيا استعمل 78 فرخاً لهذه التجربة قسمت إلى ستة مجاميع ربيت في أقفاص خاصة أعدت لهذا الغرض. تم تغذيتها يوميا على أعلاف ملوثة حسب برامج التغذية المتبعة , تمثلت المجموعة الأولى بمجموعة السيطرة والتي غذيت على عليقه تحوي الحنطة

The Islamic orthodox caliphs had a great importance in the history of Arabs in
particular, and of Muslims in general.
Some attributed poetry to them. This issue to see whether such an attribution is correct
or not.
This research tried to deal objectively with this poetry .it discussed the topic,
exploring the scholars’ opinions about poetry attributed to the Islamic orthodox
Caliphs, stating their dispute : some of them agreed while others rejected the
attribution.
The research adopted the opinon that had rejected for reasons stated in the
research, of them: the weakness of poetry and its dealing with unimportant things, for
example, the caliph Omar composed verses about a new garment worn by him.

Abstract

The research aims to investigate the private sector attitudes toward operational contracting in special education schools. The research adopted the qualitative approach by using personal interviews with a sample of (45) private school owners and managers in Oman. The results of the research revealed that there is an agreement among the majority of respondents on the ability of the private sector to manage special education schools, the advantages of the partnership, as well as the need for guarantees to support this partnership. The research aims to characterize the strategic plan of the Educational Professional Development Center, to reveal the most important training needs for teachers from this center, to reveal the extent to which this center meets those needs, and to identify the differences between teacher responses about the degree of importance, availability of those needs according to variables of sex, specialization, and years of experience. This descriptive study adopted a questionnaire applied to (256) teachers in the K.S.A. The results of the study showed that all training needs ranged in the degree of importance from large to very large and that the most important were the skills associated with communicating with members of the learning community.
