ان العقد – في تكوينه – عبارة عن اتفاق ارادتين من اجل احداث اثر قانوني معين ، بيد ان العقد نفسه – في آثاره – يخضع لمجموع الالتزامات التي تشكلت طبقاً لما انصرفت اليه ارادة طرفيه ، فضلاً عمّا تيسّر من احكام اخرى فرضها المشرع او العرف او العدالة او مبادئ حسن النية .

الشرط المانع من التأجير هو عبارة عن قيد اتفاقي يرد في عقد الإيجار مقتضاه تقييد حرية المستأجر من التصرف في حقه بالإيجار من الباطن أو التنازل عن الإيجار إلا بموافقة المؤجر.وهو بذلك قيد إرادي يرد على حرية المستأجر في التصرف بحقه الناشئ عن عقد الإيجار استثناءً من الأصل العام، وهذا الشرط أما ان يرد على منع المستأجر من التنازل عن الإيجار إلى الغير أو الإيجار إلى الغير من الباطن أو كلا الحالتين، وهو أما أن يظهر بصورة

This article reviews the likely pros and cons of baricitinib in attenuation of COVID-19 based on the mechanism of drug action as well as its pharmacokinetics. The study aims to select suitable ornamental plant species that can survive relatively with high concentrations of acetaminophen and methylparaben in constructed wetlands. Alternanthera spp, Asparagus aethiopicus and Chlorophytum comosum are examined to withstand three initial concentrations, 20, 100 and 200 mg/L of acetaminophen and methylparaben. A total of 21 plastic pails with each 3 L capacity consisting of nine pails are used for each pharmaceutical and personal care products (PPCPs) compounds (acetaminophen and methylparaben) for three ornamental plants (Alternanthera spp, Asparagus aethiopicus and Chlorophytum comosum), with three pails as plant controls. The results reveales
