A geoelectrical investigation is carried out for a geological consideration in the Shewasoor dam site, which is situated 40 km northeast Kirkuk city. Symmetrical Schlumberger array were applied for fifteen electrical sounding (VES) points, with a maximum spread distance (120-200) meters. Therefore, rapid detection with high accuracy and specificity is very important in the control of this pathogenic bacterium. To evaluate the accuracy and specificity of Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) assay, ETA and gyrB genes were targeted to detect pathogenic strains of P. aeruginosa. These samples were collected and prepared in a petri dish for the measurements using gamma spectroscopy. The C_Rn  was determined utilizing CR-39 track detectors which were exposed to the various brands of cigarettes tobacco for 45 days. The  results demonstrated that the highest value of ²²²Rn concentration was )157 Bq/m³( in Macbeth cigarette sample of Brazilian origin and the lowest value of C_Rn was (76.3 Bq/m³ (in Sumer cigarette sample of Iraqi origin,with an average value of (106.53±22.3 Bq/m³).
