The present study investigates the notion of untranslatability where the concept of equivalence is reconsidered since the misconceptions, related to the said concept, inevitably lead to the emergence of untranslatability. The idea of this research is to determine the role played by war correspondents working on Iraqi satellite channels during the war against ISIS.
