The measurements and tests of the samples conducted in the laboratories of the College of Agriculture included isolating bio-fertilizers and testing the efficiency of isolates that fix atmospheric nitrogen and solubilize phosphorous compounds. Bacteria were isolated and identified from the rhizosphere soils of different plants collected from various agricultural areas. A total of 74 bacterial isolates were obtained based on the phenotypic characteristics of the developing colonies, as well as biochemical and microscopic traits.      Face detection is one of the important applications of biometric technology and image processing. Convolutional neural networks (CNN) have been successfully used with great results in the areas of image processing as well as pattern recognition. In the recent years, deep learning techniques specifically CNN techniques have achieved marvellous accuracy rates on face detection field. Therefore, this study provides a comprehensive analysis of face detection research and applications that use various CNN methods and algorithms. Albumin is the most abundant protein in blood plasma, serves as a circulating depot for endogenous and exogenous (e.g. drugs) compounds due to its ligand binding properties, this work aim to get information about the binding of Amoxicillin (antibiotics) with albumin, and the influence of the solvent polarity and ionic strength on it by using UV -vis spectrophotometric measurements in phosphate buffer of pH7.4 and three different temperature (290, 300, 310) K. The level of liver enzymes and kidney functions in pregnant women in the second trimester of pregnancy at different age groups was determined. This study is composed of fifty pregnant women in the second trimester of pregnancy and were classified into two subgroups; first group included twenty-five pregnant with an age between 22-30 years, a second group included twenty-five pregnant with an age 35-42 years. A control group included twenty-five non-pregnant, healthy women was also included.
