The  objective of this study was to determine the concentration of trace element chromium(III) and thyroid peroxidase activity in human serum , and    to find a relationship between the concentration of chromium(III) and thyroid peroxidase activity in serum of patients with hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism and healthy subjects. Serum thyroid peroxidase was measured by enzyme linked radioimmunoassay(ELISA) method and chromium determination was by atomic absorption spectrophotometer .Comparing the values of chromium concentration and thyroid peroxidase activity in both samples showed that there were significant positive correlations between chromium levels and thyroid peroxidase activity(P<0.01, r=0.11).

Aeroelastic flutter in aircraft mechanisms is unavoidable, essentially in the wing and control surface. In this work a three degree-of-freedom aeroelastic wing section with trailing edge flap is modeled numerically and theoretically. FLUENT code based on the steady finite volume is used for the prediction of the steady aerodynamic characteristics (lift, drag, pitching moment, velocity, and pressure distribution) as well as the Duhamel formulation is used to model the aerodynamic loads theoretically. This paper introduces a generalization sequence of positive and linear operators of integral type based on two parameters to improve the order of approximation. First, the simultaneous approximation is studied and a Voronovskaja-type asymptotic formula is introduced. Next, an error of the estimation in the simultaneous approximation is found. Finally, a numerical example to approximate a test function and its first derivative of this function is given for some values of the parameters.

Extended calculations for sputtering yield through bombed Nickel – target by Xenon ions plasma are accomplished. The calculations include changing the input parameters: the energy of xenon ions plasma, the hit target angle of nickel target, thickness of the nickel target layer, and the slight change in the surface binding energy of Nickel. The program TRIM is used to accomplish these calculations. The results show that the sputtering yields directly dependent on these parameters. The change in angles of incidence plasma ions and energy leads to a significant change in the sputtering yields. On the other hand, the sputtering yields ore highly affected by changing target width and surface binding energy at fixed ion parameters.

The real and imaginary part of complex dielectric constant for InAs(001) by adsorption of oxsagen atoms has been calculated, using numerical analysis method (non-linear least square fitting).
