the plant specimens of the genus Trachomitum which assembling by one species in Iraq it is T  venetum (L.) Woodson. The specimens in

the Iraqi herbaria and that which is collected for the first time from new locations. After a detail  and specific investigation for all the

characteristic features, and according to the obvious variations between different parts of the plants we can identify the specimens of the   species  .T venetum   into  three  subspecies  which  are  subsp. armenum, subsp. scabrum and subsp. sarmatiense .

This paper presents an approach to license plate localization and recognition. A proposed method is designed to control the opening of door gate based on the recognition of the license plates number in Iraq. In general the system consists of four stages; Image capturing, License plate cropping, character segmentation and character recognition. This deals with estimation of Reliability function and one shape parameter (?) of two- parameters Burr – XII , when ?(shape parameter is known) (?=0.5,1,1.5) and also the initial values of (?=1), while different sample shze n= 10, 20, 30, 50) bare used.
