ABSTRACT The isolation and characterization of (27) isolate of extreme halophilic bacteria was performed ninteen isolate belonged to the genus Halobacterium which included Hb.halobium. The molecularly imprinted (MIP) and non imprinted (NIP) polymers were synthesized using NPX as a template.
