The present study aims to investigate the long-term histopathological, and physiological effects of different concentrations of a commercially available energy drink (Tiger) on liver and kidney of young mice. Sixteen Balb/c male mice,6 -week old, were divided into 4 groups (n=4). Two groups consumed the energy drink at a concentration of 28µl energy drink/ml water. One group were killed after 10 days (T1), another group were killed after 20 days (T2). Other group of mice consumed the energy drink at a final concentration of 14µl/ml for 20 days (T3). The last group was provided only with water and served as control. Mice of all groups drank around 3 ml per day. The histopathological study on liver of treated groups showed many changes such as inflammatory cells infiltration and aggregation with hepatocyts necrosis, some of these necrosis replaced by RBCs and inflammatory cells, while the pathohistological changes in kidney of treated groups limited to aggregation of RBCs and inflammatory cells between renal tubules which expressed vacuolar degeneration. These changes based on elevated liver function enzymes (Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transaminase (GOT), Glutamic Pyruvic Transaminase (GPT) and Alkaline phosphatase (ALP)) and blood urea and creatinine. These changes were more in the T2 groups, so it could be concluded that long term of energy drink consuming effect histopathologically and physiologically on kidney and liver of young mice depending on its concentration and period of consuming.
The success of any work requires the development of prior plans for the success of this work as well as providing the necessary sources of funds for the implementation of those plans, where the start of the research problem of delayed sending project proposals to the Ministry of Planning to do its job oversight in checking the technical and economic of those projects feasibility studies, has sought the researcher to the statement of need activating the role of the Ministry of planning in the study of projects before they are implemented and the trade-offs between important projects and projects the most important as they related to the usefulness of the community as well as the economic feasibility evaluation of them in terms of providin

The research explores the shapes preferred by children and the extent to which it can be utilized on the experimental kindergarten at the Woman’s School of Education. To achieve the goal, the researcher has displayed pictures that have been chosen from within the research boundaries which represent four categories: Geometrical shapes which included (squares, rectangles, triangles, and circles), agricultural shapes which included (apples, oranges, bananas, and grapes), motion pictures shapes (cartoon characters) which included (Jerry the mouse, Twitty the bird, Bugs Bunny the rabbit, and Winnie the pooh), and animal shapes which included (dogs, fishes, frogs, and horses) to the sample children of (60) child (boys and girls) that

Show MoreAmong the metaheuristic algorithms, population-based algorithms are an explorative search algorithm superior to the local search algorithm in terms of exploring the search space to find globally optimal solutions. However, the primary downside of such algorithms is their low exploitative capability, which prevents the expansion of the search space neighborhood for more optimal solutions. The firefly algorithm (FA) is a population-based algorithm that has been widely used in clustering problems. However, FA is limited in terms of its premature convergence when no neighborhood search strategies are employed to improve the quality of clustering solutions in the neighborhood region and exploring the global regions in the search space. Therefore, a system based on mathematical methods and quantity was developed to evaluate the suppliers. Fuzzy inference system (FIS) and fuzzy set theory were used to solve this problem through (Matlab) and the problem of the traveling salesman in two stages was also solved by the first stage of eliminating the fuzzing of the environment using the rank function method, w

The element of mystery and suspense is used as two basic elements in action films. The cinematic language in action films depends on global coding, which is not models as it might be. It is based on logic, rather as units that aspire to morphology and not their homogeneity as the physical sense, but as the logical harmony of interpretive authority and enlightenment and in action films as a field of communication and a field in its origin in which the signifier contrasts with the perceptions of the meaning and in it takes a certain number of units preventing each other and thro
