This research has presented a solution to the problem faced by alloys: the corrosion problem, by reducing corrosion and enhancing protection by using an inhibitor (Schiff base). The inhibitor (Schiff base) was synthesized by reacting of the substrates materials (4-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde and 4-aminoantipyrine). It was diagnosed by infrared technology IR, where the IR spectrum and through the visible beams proved that the Schiff base was well formed and with high purity. This study aims to evaluated the user satisfaction of retrieval services
concerning to universities thesis and dissertations in university dissertation
unit of Baghdad Library for achieving the following objectives:
1- Evaluating the performance of this unit (thesis unit of Baghdad University
Library) regarding to users opinion.
2- Recognizing the reasons in this unit behind the case of non satisfaction of
its users and trying to find the suitable solutions.
To achieve those two objectives, the questionnaire tool was performed
and determined the user's satisfaction level by using a sample survey. 1118

The synthesized ligand [4-chloro-5-(N-(5,5-dimethyl-3-oxocyclohex-1-en-1-yl)sulfamoyl)-2-((furan-2-ylmethyl)amino)benzoic acid] (H2L1) was identified utilizing Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), 1 H, 13 C – NMR, (C.H.N), Mass spectra, UVVis methods based on spectroscopy. To detect mixed ligand complexes, analytical and spectroscopic approaches such as micro-analysis, conductance, UV-Visible, magnetic susceptibility, and FT-IR spectra were utilized.
