In this study, the effect of pumping power on the conversion efficiency of nonlinear crystal (KTP) was investigated using laser pump-power technique. The results showed that the higher the pumping power values, the greater the conversion efficiency (η) and, as the crystal thickness increases within limitations, the energy conversion efficiency increases at delay time of (0.333 ns) and at room temperature. Efficiency of 80% at length of KTP crystal (L = 1.75 X 10^-3 m) and P_in = 28MW, and also, compare the experimental results with numerical results by using MATLAB program. 

     The paper shows how to estimate the three parameters of the generalized exponential Rayleigh distribution by utilizing the three estimation methods, namely, the moment employing estimation method (MEM), ordinary least squares estimation method (OLSEM),  and maximum entropy estimation method (MEEM). Purpose: The research aims to diagnose the current availability of knowledge workers characteristics and the role of these characteristics in knowledge acquision in the city of Sulaimaniya Directorate of Electricity, and to identify the differences between personal and occupational characteristics of a sample of research and its impact on the availability of such properties.

Design/methodology/approach :to achieve the objectives of the research questionnaire was developed especially for it and then distributed to a sample of engineers and technicians working in the Directorate of Electricity city of Sulaimaniya, where the sample of the research (52) respondents.

Results of a study of alloys and films with various Pb content have been reported and discussed. Films of of thickness 1.5 μm have been deposited on glass substrates by flash thermal evaporation method at room temperature, under vacuum at constant deposition rate. These films were annealed under vacuum around 10⁻⁶Torr at different temperatures up to 523 K. The composition of the elements in alloys was determined by standard surfaces techniques such as atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) and X-ray fluorescence (XRF), and the results were found of high accuracy and in very good agreement with the theoretical values. This study was conducted in the poultry field of Al-Mustansiriya University/ Baghdad, to show the effect of adding different levels 0, 1, 5 and 10% of the fenugreek seeds in the rations containing many contaminated microbes on the productive performance of broilers. 150-day-old rose meat was used with a 41 average weight (gm), were randomly allocated to 4 treatments with 3 replicates, and for each treatment 15 chicks per repetition: 0, 1, 5, and 10% (T0-T3), respectively. The results of this study showed that fenugreek seeds contain good amounts of protein, fat, ash and carbohydrates, which are 24.92, 8.82, 3.08 and 54.28 respectively. Fenugreek seeds also have high levels of tannins, coumarins and flavones, followed by saponins,
