In this research, the influence of the fermentation treatments and baking in Iraqi’s flour type (Ibaa 99, Al-rashed, Tamus, Abu-grabe) and Turkish flour type (Muaamel) on phytic acid was investigated. In whole wheat flour, the phytic acid was (1500, 1290, 1450, 1230, 1440 ( mg/ 100 g flour respectively, and the inorganic phosphorous was (29.18, 25.15, 23.89, 20.85, 22.83) mg/100 g flour respectively. The dough prepared from flour with a higher phytic acid content also contained higher amount of phytic acid. During fermentation, degradation of phytic acid occurred. Aluminum alloy 5052 had been anodized by sulfuric acid as an electrolyte under constant voltage and the anodic oxide film produce will be testing by potentiostatic anodic polarization .Two variables, which were considered as important variables, were studied. These variables are anodizing time 15,30 min. and sealing time 10,20 min., and the test by potentiostatic anodic polarization through electro chemical polarization measurements in solutions of 1N na2so4 ( PH= 1 ).     In order to enhance the efficiency of flat plate solar water collectors without changing in its original shape and with low additional cost, twisted strips are inserted inside its riser pipes. Three flat plate collectors are used for test. Family of twisted strips are inserted inside each collector risers with different twisted ratios (T_R=3,4,5).
