This research aims to find a proper way to organize the theses of the
physical education college’ s Library – Baghdad University , this is done by
applying a classification system which depends on analyzing a building a
classification number as Colon classification system , to help the classifier to
simplify and speed the procedure of building a classification number , this is
done by knowing the physical education subjects and subdivide them to their
primary and giving them a proper symbols that describes the subject .

The current research aims to analyze the role of participatory budgeting in improving performance, especially during crises such as the Covid-19 crisis. The research used the descriptive analytical method to reach the results by distributing 100 questionnaires to a number of employees in Iraqi joint stock companies and at multiple administrative levels. In this paper, a statistical analysis compared the pattern of distribution of spending on various goods and services and to identify the main factors that control the rates of spending between the survey of social and economic status of families in Iraq for the year (2007) and the survey of Iraq knowledge net work (IKN) for the year (2011), which were carried out by the Central Bureau  of Statistics through the use of factor analysis and cluster analysis, using the ready statistical software package ready (SPSS) to gain access to the results.
