In this paper simulation technique plays a vital role to compare between two approaches Maximum Likelihood method and Developed Least Square method to estimate the parameters of Frechet Poisson Lindley Distribution Compound. by coding using Matlab software program. Also, under different sample sizes via mean square error. As the results which obtain that Maximum Likelihood Estimation method is better than Developed Least Square method to estimate these parameters to the proposed distribution.

A series of experiments were conducted for the first time in Iraq to evaluate the efficiency of five plant leaves extracts (Ibicella lutea, Nerium oleander, Clerodendron inerme, Allium cepa and Eucalyptus spp.) in treating the common carp (Cyprinus carpio) infected with monogenetic trematodes of genera Dactylogyrus. Five different concentrations of such extracts were used to bathe fishes for 5,10,15,20 and 25 minutes. Zinc, Copper, Selenium, Magnesium, Manganese, Chromium, Iron, Nickel, Cobalt, Vanadium and Germanium were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS) in blood serum of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, (30) patients (14male and 16female) with age range (37-60) years compared with normal tensive control. The analysis of results showed that the mean value of concentration (Magnesium,  Manganese and Nickel) were significantly higher in patients with rheumatoid arthritis compared to that of healthy, while the mean levels of serum (Zinc, Copper, Selenium, Chromium, Iron, Cobalt and Germanium) were significantly lower than controls. CD-nanosponges were prepared by crosslinking B-CD with diphenylcarbonate (DPC) using ultrasound assisted technique. 5-FU was incorporated with NS by freeze drying, and the phase solubility study, complexation efficiency (CE) entrapment efficiency were performed. Also, the particle morphology was studied using SEM and AFM. The in-vitro release of 5-FU from the prepared nanosponges was carried out in 0.1N HCl.

SGI2 wild type isolate of Sinorhizobium meliloti was isolated from Medicago sativa (alfalfa) plant which was obtained from Al-Tarmiaa region / Baghdad. Nine auxotrophic mutants were obtained from the SGI2 wild type isolate by mutagenesis with Nitrous acid (HNO2). The SGI2 wild type and the all auxotrophic mutant isolates had two Megaplasmids; pSymA and pSymB.
