This study attempts to test the possibility of developing organizational performance in Zain Telecom by adapting the philosophy and concept of Organizational Identification and its dimensions, the most important of which are (Organizational Identification, organizational loyalty, organizational affiliation).To achieve the goal, the research relied on the questionnaire method, which is one of the methods of collecting information in field studies.

Media writing is accuracy writing. Clarity and concision are its predominant features. It is a writing that goes straight to the essence because it has no time to waste. Furthermore, it must be as accurate as scientific writing. It is destined for the average reader and has to be understood by everyone. However, it can be as elegant as literary writing.  Prepared zeolite type A was used for theremoval of cesium ions from aqueous solution. The experimental data were analyzed by Langmuir, Freundlich isotherms. Various parameters, such as contact time, zeolite weight, pH, and initial concentration, were studied. The results indicated that the highest removal efficiency was95.53% at (2h time, 0.04 g weight, and pH=6.8). The results also showed that the Freundlic model fits well with the experimental results and is better than the Langmuir model.

    A survey conducted at Dalmaj marsh, Al-Diwaniya Province during 2013 revealed that the marsh encounters a considerable part of the Iraqi vertebrate fauna including 147 species belonging to five classes; Pisces, Amphibia, Reptilia, Aves and Mammalia.
