This paper performance for preparation and identification of six new complexes of a number of transition metals Cr (lII), Mn (I1), Fe (l), Co (II), Ni (I1), Cu (Il) with: N - (3,4,5-Trimethoxy phenyl-N - benzoyl Thiourea (TMPBT) as a bidentet ligand. The prepared complexes have been characterized, identified on the basis of elemental analysis (C.H.N), atomic absorption, molar conductivity, molar-ratio ,pH effect study, I. Rand UV spectra studies. The complexes have the structural formula ML₂X₃ for Cr (III), Fe (III), and ML₂X₂ for Mn (II), Ni (II), and MLX₂ for Co (Il) , Cu (Il).

The current research aims to determine the requirements of Trends of International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS 2019) and to find out the extent to which the content of science textbooks for grades (1-4) in the Sultanate of Oman includes the requirements of (TIMSS 2019). Only the content dimension has been taken into account when conducting the content analysis. The study population includes all science books from the first to the fourth grade for the academic year 2021-2022. The study identified and organized the requirements in the study tool, which is a list of requirements of (TIMSS 2019). In this study azo dye was prepared by the reaction of m-phenylendidiazonium chloride with methyl salicylate, the resultant compound was used as a ligand for complex formation with Fe+2, Cu+2, Zn+2, Ni+2 and Co+2 ions. The prepared ligand was characterized by H1NMR, UV-Vis., And FTIR spectroscopy, CHN analysis, in addition the complexes were characterized by TGA, UV-Vis., FTIR and conductivity methods. The results indicate that the ligand chelated through phenoxy and carboxyl groups as a O4 quadra dentate ligand, the Co complex complet its hexagon coordination by bonding with chlorine and the complex wouid be electrolytic in opposite with rest complexes.
