The present study is an academic attempt to show how the threeUmayyad poets ; Jarir ,
Al-Farazdaq and Al-Akhtal have skillfully employed old conventions and traditions in their
poetry to serve a dual purpose of making their ideas striking , memorable and compelling and
of reaching eminence as poets.
The primary aim of the poets has been to amuse , convince and influence the readers or
listeners of their poetry . as it were, a mirror image of the social , religious and historical
beliefs , values and customs which prevailed throughout the ages before the emergence.

This research aims at studying and analyzing the creative research thinking of the educational staffs in private universities and colleges, and also the role of incentives, in its materialistic and moral sides in the development of such thinking and the pack of restraints which cause decline in interest level of the scientificresearch, and its weak role in the development of universities in Iraq, despite the interest of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Iraq in scientific research as part ofits academic and humanitarian targets.Based on study and analysis, and the using if some of statistical methods such as the Alpha Chronobaghcoefficient and the (T. This study was designed to show the inhibitory effect of different concentrations of alcoholic extract of Borage officinalis on the Monoamine oxidase (MAO) and Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) enzymes in human serum. The results obtained from the study exhibited that alcoholic extract of Borage officinalis caused inhibition to enzymes activity with all concentrations of the extract. The results also showed that when the concentration of the extract was (0.001 mg/ml), the percentage of inhibition was (4.3% with MAO and 15.2% with AChE) and this percentage increases until reaching up to (74.7% with MAO and 84.18% with AChE) when the concentration of the extract was (0.1 mg/ml).
