Abstract In this study, an investigation is conducted to realise the possibility of organic materials use in radio frequency (RF) electronics for RF-energy harvesting. Iraqi palm tree remnants mixed with nickel oxide nanoparticles hosted in polyethylene, INP substrates, is proposed for this study. Moreover, a metamaterial (MTM) antenna is printed on the created INP substrate of 0.8 mm thickness using silver nanoparticles conductive ink. The fabricated antenna performances are instigated numerically than validated experimentally in terms of S11 spectra and radiation patterns. New substituted coumarins derivatives were synthesized by using nitration reaction to produce different nitro coumarin isomers which were separated from these isomers by using different solvent, and the reduction of nitro compounds was done to give corresponding amino coumarins. Temperature and reaction time of reaction were very important factors in determining the most productive nitro isotopes. A low temperature for three hours was sufficient to give a high product of a compound 6-nitro coumarin while increasing the temperature for a period of twenty-four hours that gave a high product of 8-nitro-coumarin. In the present study a series of some four-,five-and seven-membered heterocyclic compounds have been synthesized by the reaetion of Schiff bases (1a,b) with chloroacetyl chloride, sodium azide, thioglycolic acid or various anhydrides to give azetidinone (2a,b), tetrazole (3a,b), thiazolidinone (4a,b) and 1,3-oxazepine derivatives (5-8a,b) respectively. Schiff bases (1a,b)were prepared from the reaction of p-toluidine with aromatic aldehydes. All synthesized compounds were characterized by physical properties and spectral data.

Two laboratory experiments were carried out for the adsorption and release of lead. The adsorption experiment took 0.5 g of some of the above soil minerals.
