     Theoretically, an eight-term chaos system is presented. The effect of changing the initial conditions values on behavior Chen system was studied. The basic dynamical properties of system are analyzed like time series, attractor, FFT spectrum, and bifurcation. Where the system appears steady state behavior at initial condition x_{i ,} y_i , z_i equal (0, 0, 0) respectively and it convert to quasi-chaotic at x_i ,y_i ,z_i  equal (-0.1, 0.5,-0.6). Finally, the system become hyper chaotic at x_i ,y_i ,z_i equal(-0.5, 0.5,-0.6 ) that can used it in many applications like secure communication.

This research introduces a proposed hybrid Spam Filtering System (SFS) which consists of Ant Colony System (ACS), information gain (IG) and Naïve Bayesian (NB). The aim of the proposed hybrid spam filtering is to classify the e-mails with high accuracy. The hybrid spam filtering consists of three consequence stages. In the first stage, the information gain (IG) for each attributes (i.e. weight for each feature) is computed. To damp the low-frequency oscillations which occurred due to the disturbances in the electrical power system, the generators are equipped with Power System Stabilizer (PSS) that provide supplementary feedback stabilizing signals. The low-frequency oscillations in power system are classified as local mode oscillations, intra-area mode oscillation, and interarea mode oscillations. A suitable PSS model was selected considering the low frequencies oscillation in the inter-area mode based on conventional PSS and Fuzzy Logic Controller.
