The members of the family of Eentrobacteriaceae harbour a gene cluster called polyketide synthase (pks) island. The present study is concerned with Biostratigraphy of the Early-Middle Miocene outcrops of Jeribe Formation in the Zurbatiyah area, Wasit Governorate, Eastern Iraq.
