   مما لا شك فيه أن أحكام الشريعة معلله , وهذا التعليل هو تخفيف من الله ورحمة لعباده , حتى يبينوا علل الأحكام الوارد فيها نص أحكاما أخرى لأمور لم يرد فيها نص , وهذا ما يعرف بالقياس وهو باب عظيم من أبواب الاجتهاد الإسلامي ,  لذلك كان تعليل الأحكام الشرعية شائع ومألوف بين الفقهاء , وكان للتعليل مكانة خاصة عند فقهاء الحنفية فلم يتركوا أحكامهم سائبة بلا تعليل , معتمدين ف

The experiment was carried out the study of effect of seed peels of Nigella sativa and Brassica nigra by 5, 10 mg/ kg soil that added them to soil alone and 5, 10 mg/kg soil together on the growth of Cicer arietinum plants.
