The present study aimed to establish reference normal ranges of haematological and biochemical parameters of two vertebrates (rabbits and partridges). Twenty animals (10 rabbits, 10 partridges) were used in this study. Blood samples, collected from heart of rabbits, as well from the right jugular vein of partridge, and delivered to the laboratory. Some biochemical parameters (potassium, sodium, and uric acid) have been investigated, in addition blood samples were tested for: white blood cells (WBC), red blood cells (RBC), haemoglobin (HB), haematocrit (HCT), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), mean concentration of hemoglobin in the corpuscular volume (MCHC), mean corpuscular volume (MCV).

This study was designed for isolation of some fungi that caused sub clinical mastitis in cow milk in AL-anbar governorate in Iraq . Total number of 100 milk samples were collected from 25 cow in AL- Falluja city , by using of California mastitis test 45% of milk samples were infected with sub clinical mastitis ,while 55% of milk samples were negative for California mastitis test. The results showed of fungal isolation of milk samples which were positive for California mastitis test, recording 19 isolates of different types of fungi : Aspergillus fumigatus2.2% , Aspergillus niger 4.4% , Candida albicans 26.6% , Blastomced dermetitidis% 4.4 and Geotrichum candidum4.4%. Molasse medium containing different concentrations of (NH4)2 SO4, (NH4)3 PO4, urea, KCI, and P2O5 were compared with the medium used for commercial production of C. utilis in a factory south of Iraq. An efficient medium, which produced 19. 16% dry wt. and 5. 78% protein, was developed. The effect of adding various concentrations of micronutrients (FeSO4, 7T20, MnSO4. 7H20, ZnSO4. 7E20) was also studied. Results showed that FeSo4. 7H20 caused a noticeable increase in both dry wt. and protein content of the yeast.

The Fylex extract exert a high inhibition effect against A . flavus growth on PDA medium, as the fungus growth was completely inhibited by 100% at a concentration of 0.2 and 0.3% of studied extract, while the lowest inhibition percentage (71%) was found at a concentration of 0.1%. Whereas magnesium oxide nanoparticles showed the highest inhibition ratio of A. flavus (100%) was detected at 0.2% and the lowest inhibition ratio (81.66%) was at concentration 0.5%.
