Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease distributed worldwide and dominantly related to different types of diseases especially microbial infections, this study aimed to find the relationship between DM mouth microbiome and some demographic factors. Sixteen soil samples were collected from wheat, barley and yellow corn rhizosphere in Abu-Ghraib, Aqraqof, Latifieh,Tarmiah, Jadriya and  of Agriculture in Baghdad university/ Baghdad city. The results found nine phosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB) isolates (Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4, Y5, Y6, Y7, Y8, Y9), formed clear zones on National Botanical Research Institute's (NBRIP) agar. The predisposing factors and their effect on the increasing of vulvovaginal Candidiasis have been studied in this research. The result indicated that the highest of infection with vaginal Candidias was in the age of women with age of (21-30years) with vaginal itching and discharge, also the results revealed that the pregnancy was the main predisposing factor.
