The two parameters of Exponential-Rayleigh distribution were estimated using the maximum likelihood estimation method (MLE) for progressively censoring data. 1) Dolostone facies.

2)Recrystallized bioclastic wackestone facies.

4)Sucrosic dolomite facies.
