Some of metal compounds have been synthesized of record ligand from aldehid interaction of a substance which is salicyladehyde with another material which is urea. During the analysis of the metal component, The prepared complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR ,UV-visible , conductivity and magnetic susceptibility measurements. this confirms the ratio[1:1] between the metal and ligand. It is found that theortical values agree with practical values All the studied complexes are suggested as an octahedral stereochemistry.
الوصف Mixed ligand complexes of Cu (II), Co (II) and Zn (II) with 2-((4-(1-(4-chlorophenylimino) ethyl) phenylimino) methyl) phenol (L) and histidine (His) have been prepared and diagnosed by ¹H and13 C NMR, FT-IR and electronic spectral data, thermal gravimetric, molar conductance and metal analysis measurements. The ligand (L) shows a bidentate nature and the coordination occurs through N and O atoms of imine group and phenol group respectively whereas (His) behave as tridentate ligand, coordinating through the-NH2 group and carboxylate oxygen group and N atoms of imidazole ring. The analytical studies for three complexes have shown octahedral structure. The anticancer activity was screened against human cancer cell such Follicular

The ligand was characterized by elemental analysis (CHN),'H-NMR, IR and UV-Vis. The complexes with bivalent ions (Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd and Hg) have been prepared and characterized. The structural diagnosis was established using IR, UV–Visible spectro photometer, molar conductivity, atomic absorption and molar ratio with selected metal ions (Ni2+, Cu2+). The complexes of (Ni, Cu) gave octahedral structural while the complexes of (Zn, Cd, Hg) gave tetrahedral structural. The study of biological activity of the ligand (L) and its complexes (Ni, Cu, Hg) in two deferent concentration (

The new bidentate ligand 2-amino-5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole (Apods) was prepared by the reaction of benzaldehyde semicarbazone with bromine and sodium acetate in acetic acid gave. The prepared ligand was identified by Microelemental Analysis, FT.IR, UV-Vis and 1HNMR spectroscopic techniqes. Treatment of the prepared ligand with the following selected metal ions (MnII, CoII, NiII, CuII and ZnII) in aqueous ethanol with a 1:2 M:L ratio, yielded a series of complexes of the general formula [M(L)2Cl2].The prepared complexes were characterized using flame atomic absorption, (C.H.N)Analysis, FT.IR and UV-Vis spectroscopic methods as well as magnetic susceptibility and conductivity measurements. Show MoreIn this paper, the complexes of Shiff base of Methyl -6-[2-(diphenylmethylene)amino)-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]-2,2-dimethyl-5-oxo-1-thia-4-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-3-carboxylate (L) with Cobalt(II), Nickel(II), Cupper(II) and Zinc(II) have been prepared. The compounds have been characterized by different means such as FT-IR, UV-Vis, magnetic moment, elemental microanalyses (C.H.N), atomic absorption, and molar conductance. It is obvious when looking at the spectral study that the overall complexes obtained as monomeric structure as well as the metals center moieties are two-coordinated with octahedral geometry excepting Co complexes that existed as a tetrahedral geometry. The reaction between benzil and hexamethylenediamine formed a new ligand [L], [(1Z,3Z)-2,3-diphenyl-5,6,7,8,9,10-hexahydro-1,4-diazecine], of the type [N2], was synthesized by the condensation reaction through Schiff base reaction between benzil and hexamethylenediamine. The new Schiff base ligand reacts with Mnп, Niп and Coп metal ions to give the complexes with the general formula: [M(L)Cl2]. The elemental investigations have been used to analyze the ligand and its complexes by CHN, FT-IR, UV-Vis, TLC, mass spectrum, melting point with the study of biological activity to the formed compounds. From the data obtained, the proposed molecular structure adopts square planar structure about the metal ions. The study reveals
