The samples were first extracted using acetonitrile:water (50:50, v/v) and purified by using a C18 solid phase extraction-based clean-up column. That was accomplished through surveying the attitudes of the students who are enrolled in the faculties of media at the following universities: (Petra University, The Middle East University (MEU), and Al-Yarmouk University). Those students were enrolled in the master’s program within the formal educational system during the second semester of the academic year (2015 – 2016). Beer's low, molar absorptivity 0.244×10⁴L.mol^-1.cm^-1, and Sandal's sensitivity 0.021 µg/cm² are all observed in the concentration range 1-11 µg/mL.
