The female Shabout were collected as samples from Dijla river in Baghdad. The oocyte developmental stages were divided in to nine stages, based on nucleus structure , cellular inclusions and ovarian follicle structure ,they are:-( Oogonia stage , Early Perinucleolar Stage , Advanced Perinucleolar Stage , Cortical Alveoli Stage , Primary Yolk Stage , Secondary Yolk Stage , Tertiary Yolk Stage , Migratory Nucleus Stage , Hydration Stage(
Three stations were chosen on the water treatment plan of al- madaan .The Samples collected from the (Raw water) and the Sedimentation, filtration and storage water and the drinking water of outlet. Coliform densities T.S and F.C and TS and F.S and total bacterial count as bacteriological pollution indicators, as moste probable number (MPN) method was studied in test. Also some of the chemical characteristics of the water like pH , total suspended solid T.S.S, T.D.D.and S04 , T.Hardness , Ca++ , Mg++ . From the results it were indicated . The study showed the drinking water of outlet (distriputed in system) was agree with WHO criteria and Iraqi limits standards .

The study aimed to evaluate the benefits of transferrin saturation percentage (TSAT) and serum ferritin in assessing body iron status, which can influence erythropoietin treatment in patients with ESRD. Forty end-stage renal disease patients on regular hemodialysis participated in this study. Clinical data were obtained. Serum iron, total iron binding capacity, transferrin saturation, ferritin, albumin, creatinine, and C-reactive protein were investigated. Thirty healthy people were enrolled as a control group.
