The aim of the current research is to identify the level of organizational culture among the headmasters and teachers of intermediate and secondary schools in Arar city. It also aims to identify the effect of job variables, qualifications, educational stage, and years of experience on the level of organizational culture and its domains.                  In this paper, we proved coincidence points theorems for two pairs mappings which are defined on nonempty subset   in metric spaces by using condition (1.1). As application, we established a unique common fixed points theorems for these mappings by using the concept weakly compatible (R-weakly commuting) between these mappings.

      Strong and ∆-convergence for a two-step iteration process utilizing asymptotically nonexpansive and total asymptotically nonexpansive noneslf mappings in the CAT(0) spaces have been studied. As well, several strong convergence theorems under semi-compact and condition (M) have been proved. Our results improve and extend numerous familiar results from the existing literature.

The current study aims at using non-hatchable artemia eggs of local origin and making use of these eggs by decapsulating and presenting them as food for the larvae of the Cyprinus carpio as a source of animal protein with high nutritional value instead of throwing them away. The results showed that the second parameter (A2) was highly significant at the level (P≤0.05) in the growth rates of the larvae that were fed on decapsulated artemia eggs alone, and it was better than the two control parameters (A1), in which the larvae were fed with feed designated for Cyprinus carpio fish. Examination of 241 specimens of two bee-eater species, Merops apiaster and Merops
superciliosus persicus reveal recording of Haemoproteus meropis (Zagar, 1945) emend.
Bennett, 1978 and H. manwelli Bennett, 1978 for the first time in Iraq. A new species
Haemoproteus hudaidensis sp. nov. is described. Microfilariae are also infected the two host
species. The results are discussed with the pertinent literature and the necessary comparision
of morphometric measurements of the recorded parasites with that previously reported is
provided along with a taxonomic key including the newly described haemoproteid.
