Alkaloids-rich and crude extracts of E.alata were compared to pure ephedrine medication for mitosis on Allium cepa. test system. In this study, from a total of 856 mastitis cases in lactating ewes, only 34 Streptococcus agalactiae isolates showed various types of resistance to three types of antibiotics (Penicillin, Erythromycin and Tetracycline). The present study included a collecting of 165 specimens form different sources,
93 isolates were identified as Escherichia coli depending on morphological and
biochemical tests in addition to automated systems such as VITEK 2 and api 20E.
All isolates under study developed high resistance toward cefotaxime, ceftazidime,

In this article, we define and study a family of modified Baskakov type operators based on a parameter . This family is a generalization of the classical Baskakov sequence. First, we prove that it converges to the function being approximated. Then, we find a Voronovsky-type formula and obtain that the order of approximation of this family is . This order is better than the order of the classical Baskakov sequence  whenever . Finally, we apply our sequence to approximate two test functions and analyze the numerical results obtained.
