In this paper the manufacture of an alkaline fuel cell electrodes made upfrom a Nano mesh (Pt:NiO) catalyst has been studying , made from a Nano mesh (Pt:NiO ) catalyst. The general morphology of the samples is were imaged by using with the an Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) to determine the roughness of the prepared surface, it constructed from nanostructure with dimensions in order of 35 nm. The Structural characteristics were studied through the analysis of X-ray diffraction (XRD) of the prepared nanomaterial for determining the yielding phase;1. 72 volt was also obtained at 0.02 A/cm2 current density for an alkaline fuel cell.

In this work, oral lesions belong to 17 patients, 7 males and 10 females. Their ages range between 15 and 45 years. Follow up was conducted after one day, 7 days, 14 days, one month, and finally 3 months postoperatively. The study lasted for 1.5 year. Surgical diode laser with wavelength of 810 ± 20 nm, with two power levels of 10 and 15 W were used in contact and in non-contact mode via optical fiber. In this research (100* 40* 4 cm) solar cell panel was used in Baghdad at autumn season (2010), to get best solar cell panel angles experimentally, and then a mirror (40*50 cm) is use to concentrate incident sunlight intensity on a panel. At first case we get (Tilt angle ?P =60°and Surface Azimuth angle ?P =36°E) is the best angles and other case, we add a mirror at angle = 120° at bottom of panel, then we get output power (27.48watt) is bigger than without using a mirror (25.16watt).
