This pilot study aimed to assess the effect of oral rinsing with this combination on gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) flow and IL-1β levels. In this work  Polyynes was synthesized by pulse laser ablation of graphite target in ethanol solution. UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) and Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to study the optical absorption, chemical bonding, particle size and the morphology.  UV absorption peaks coincide with the electronic transitions corresponding to linear hydrogen – capped polyyne (C_n+1H₂), the absorption peaks intensity increased when the polyynes were produced at different laser energies and the formation rats of polyynes increased with the increasing of laser pulse number. The FTIR absorption peak at 2368.4 cm^-1, 1640.0 cm^-1 and 1276.

This study investigated the effect of orthodontic relapse on the proliferation of fibroblast and epithelial rests of Malassez cells in periodontal ligament of rat molars. Materials and Methods: Sixteen ten-week- old male Wister rats were randomly divided into four groups composed of four animals each: Group I received no orthodontic force (control). In both Group II and Group III, uniform standardized expansive springs were used for moving the maxillary first molars buccally for periods of one and three weeks respectively. The spring initially generated an average expansive force of 20 g on each side.
