Isolation of fungi was performed from February to July, 2019. One hundred clinical specimens were collected from King Abdullah Hospital (KAH) Bisha, Saudi Arabia. Samples were collected from twenty patients of different ages (30 - 70 years old) ten males and ten females. The samples were collected from patients with the two types of diabetics. Specimens included blood, hair, nail, oral swabs and skin.  Specimens were inoculated on Sabourauds Dextrose agar containing chloramphenicol. Thirteen fungal species were isolated and identified. Agility is considered an important motor ability for assistant referees and it is vital for passing modern tests issued in September 2016. The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (10) referees; four of them for pilot study. The experimental group followed the exercises designed by the while the controlling group used the traditional exercises followed by the refereeing committee. All referees were tested the standardized agility test issued by the FIFA. The researchers concluded that agility plays a vital role in developing some refereeing skill. Finally they recommend developing agility for improving refereeing skills.

Ninety nine swabs were collected from patients with diabetic foot ulcers (DFU), all swabs   were cultured on different selective media for screening, 46 isolates confirmed as S. aureus by API staph. The results of antibiotic susceptibility test revealed that all isolates were resistant to metronidazole, 34 isolates were resistant to cefoxitin, ceftriaxone, and meropenim, 23 isolates were resistant to ciprofloxacin and norfloxacin, 17 and 16 isolates were resistant to tetracycline and trimethoprim, respectively; while all isolates were sensitive to tigecycline.
