In this paper, we introduce a new class of Weighted Rayleigh Distribution based on two parameters, one is the scale parameter and the other is the shape parameter introduced in Rayleigh distribution. The particle-hole state densities have been calculated for 232Th in
the case of incident neutron with  ,  1 Z Z T T T T and   2 Z T T .
The finite well depth, surface effect, isospin and Pauli correction are
considered in the calculation of the state densities and then the
transition rates. The isospin correction function ( ) iso f has been
examined for different exciton configurations and at different

9 females), average age (21-34 years) in heparinized sterile tubes. The extracellular
protease was extracted from a clinical isolate of Serratia marcescens that was
isolated from a patient suffering from urinary tract infection taken from the Central
Health Laboratory. The extracted protease was purified partial by two steps,
precipitation with 30-55% saturation of ammonium sulfate following with dialysis
