An eco-epidemic model is proposed in this paper. It is assumed that there is a stage structure in prey and disease in predator. Existence, uniqueness and bounded-ness of the solution for the system are studied. The existence of each possible steady state points is discussed. The local condition for stability near each steady state point is investigated. Finally, global dynamics of the proposed model is studied numerically.

This study was done at Al-Balad City Hospital on 60 diabetic patients (25 male and 35 female). The study included Fasting Blood Sugar and fungal diagnosis (systemic and superficial fungus). The results showed that the high concentration of blood sugar belonged to the group > 70 years among the diabetic patients with high significant differences in comparison with other groups P<0.001 . The paper deals with claims in construction projects in Iraq and studies their types, causes, impacts, resolution methods and then proposes a management system to control the impacts of claims.
