Somerset Maugham is known mainly as a novelist . This paper presents Maugham the dramatist . Many critics have found him a promising dramatist . He has written 30 plays , then he turns his back upon the theater and writes his autobiographical and most successful novel Of Human Bondage ( 1915) .

        Maugham's writing is clear , precise , and simple . He is described as a realist who is keenly aware of human nature , its concentration and frustration . His only tragedy A Man of Honour is a play in 4 acts . This paper concentrates mainly on this play to show Maugham as a dramatist and to show his concept of " honour " .

Road networks need to reevaluate and decide if they are operating properly or not regarding the increase in the number of vehicles. Al-Jadriyah intersection (a four-leg signalized intersection) and Kamal Junblat Square (a multi-lane roundabout), which are two important intersections in Baghdad city with high traffic volumes, were selected to be reevaluated by the SIDRA package in this research. The influence of 5-10 kHz audio frequency on the power dissipation in ac discharge of argon gas was studied experimentally, at pressures 50-80 mTorr and electrodes separation 10 cm (pd range 0.5-0.8 Torr.
cm). The measurements have shown that the discharge behavior in the ac circuit is equivalent to a series RC circuit. It is observed that the variation curve of discharge power P with the frequency f is approximately has a Gaussian shape. It is also observed that the curve of Pm- pd is the inverse of Paschen curve, where Pm is the maximum power in the frequency range. The time of breakdown is estimated from the curve of P- f.
