The aim of this study was to get monosodium glutamate (MSG) flavor, which was obtained from glutamic acid, that produced from local isolated from Bacillus subtilis EN3A1-P19U7 which genetically improved, from Bacillus subtilis EN3A1-P19U7, and applied in sausage chicken meat, mayonnaise and vegetable and lentil soup, it has been added MSG product in this study at different concentrations with the use of chicken broth cubes (Maggi) as a commercial flavor for comparison, and it was conducted sensory evaluation of these products and found that the addition of MSG product this study at the level of 0.6% to the sausage chicken and 0.6% to the mayonnaise and 0.15% to the vegetable and lentil soup, the results of sensory evaluation show not significant difference (P?0.05) with the same samples containing 2% of Maggi.
Steps were taken to obtain the Kojic acid crystals from local fungal isolation A. flavus WJF81 by separating the fermentation products from the fungus mycelium from the production plant at the centrifuge at a speed of 5000 cycles for 10 minutes. The extraction was followed by ethyl acetate then supernatant concentrate by using rotary evaporator, and dried with heat oven 37ºC. Composting is one of the solid waste management (SWM) methods where the organic component decomposed biologically under controlled conditions. In this study, a 0.166 m3 bioreactor tank was designed to compose 59.2Kg of simulated common municipal solid food waste having a bulk density, organic matter, organic carbon, pH, nitrogen content, C/N and nitrification index (NH4-N/ NO3-N) of 536.62 kg/m3, 62.34%, 34.76%, 6.53, 1.86%, 23 and 0.34 respectively. In this paper, we study the incorporation of the commensalism interaction and harvesting on the Lotka–Volterra food chain model. The system provides one commensal prey, one harvested prey, and two predators. A set of preliminary results in local bifurcation analysis around each equilibrium point for the proposed model is discussed, such as saddle-node, transcritical and pitchfork. Some numerical analysis to confirm the accruing of local bifurcation is illustrated.
