The present study was aimed to screen the ability of local isolates of Bacillus spp. (56 isolates) for nattokinase production using solid state fermentation, then optimize the nutritional conditions for enzyme production. The isolates were subjected to the primary and secondary screening process to select the Bacillus isolate which give the highest production of enzyme. It was found that Bacillus sp. B24 had the highest productivity of the enzyme (25.58U/mg protein). The optimum conditions for nattokinase production were performed by the solid state fermentation and found that the wheat bran was the best medium at initial moisture ratio 1.0:1.0 (w/v) using distilled water as moisturizing solution with initial pH of 7.0 after inoculation

The aim of this research was to study the concentrations of Uranium in the phosphorus fertilizers using Nuclear track detector (CR-39). Our present investigation is based on the study of 10 types samples for different kinds of phosphorus fertilizers which were available in the local market Some of them were Iraqi made and the others from different countries like, (Iran, Italy, Holland, Lebanon and Jordan) ..      Fuzzy C-means (FCM) is a clustering method used for collecting similar data elements within the group according to specific measurements. Tabu is a heuristic algorithm. In this paper, Probabilistic Tabu Search for FCM implemented to find a global clustering based on the minimum value of the Fuzzy objective function. The experiments designed for different networks, and cluster’s number the results show the best performance based on the comparison that is done between the values of the objective function in the case of using standard FCM and Tabu-FCM, for the average of ten runs.

The ZrO₂ with an average grain diameter of 30-40 nm, was selected as Nano particles, to reinforce Aluminum alloy7049 with different percentage as, 2, 4, 6 and 7 %. Concentrations of radon were measured in this study for twenty-four samples of soil distributed in six locations on the north part of Iraq. The radon concentrations in soil samples measured by using alpha-emitters registration that emits from Radon (222Rn) in (CR-39) track detector. The concentrations values were calculated by a comparison with standard samples. The results shows that the radon gas concentrations in Darbandikhan City varies from (16.60-34.04 Bq/m3), Halabja City (16.51-23.32 Bq/m3), Al Sulaimaniya City (17.61-32.25 Bq/m3), Koisnjaq City (22.04-35.65 Bq/m3), Shaqlaua City (21.10-29.10 Bq/m3) and Erbil City (22.30-34.63 Bq/m3). An experimental and theoretical study has been done to investigate the thermal performance of different types of air solar collectors, In this work air solar collector with a dimensions of (120 cm x90 cm x12 cm) , was tested under climate condition of  Baghdad city with a (43° tilt angel)  by using  the absorber plate (1.45 mm thickness, 115 cm height x 84 cm width), which was manufactured from iron painted with a black matt.

The study included five inbred lines (ZM43W (ZE), ZM60, ZM49W3E, ZM19, CDCN5), given numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) to study the hybrid vigor and both general and special combing ability (GCA, SCA) of the half diallel mating method, for the spring and fall seasons (2016).
