To investigate the effect of electric shock (ES) on morphological variations of faba bean traits, seeds of three varieties of the crop were germinated. When radical was 2-5 mm, seedling were soaked in a 1% NaCl solution for 3h, then transferred to glass container with same solution. Wire with two polar were connected to the container solution and AC current 220 V was switched on for 3,6 and 9 minutes. Seedling then washed and planted at the field in winter 2010-2011,.     The leading purpose of this work is the development of efficient culture conditions to induce calli from cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata L.) under in vitro conditions. The mature seeds were surface sterilized with combinations of different concentrations of ethanol and NaOCl in different time durations and  were germinated on MS basal medium. The results revealed that the best sterilization method of cabbage seeds was by using 70% ethanol for one minute, followed by 15 min in 2% (NaOCl). In an OBS network, an edge node first sends a control packet, called burst header packet (BHP) which reserves the necessary resources for the upcoming data burst (DB). Once the reservation is complete, the DB starts travelling to its destination through the reserved path. A notable attack on OBS network is BHP flooding attack where an edge node sends BHPs to reserve resources, but never actually sends the associated DB.
