In this research we investigated the corrosion behavior of the commertialy pure titanium and Ti-6Al-4V alloy that coated with hydroxyapatite by electrochemical deposition with applied voltage (6,9,12) Volt from aqueous solution containing Ca(NO3)2.H2O =7.0 gm/l , (NH4)2HPO4 =3.5 gm/l , Na(NO3)2 = 8.5 gm/l in order to improve the bonding strength of hydroxyapetite and medical metals and alloys and increasing the biocompatibility. The coating layer morphology was investigated by XRD, Optical microscope , and SEM tests, the corrosio tests was made by use senthesys simulated body fluid (SBF) , and we found that the propreate voltage for coatint on Ti was 9 Volt and for Ti-6Al-4Vwas12Volt.

The proposed method is based on  a classification model to determine the authenticity of a tested image. Image splicing causes many sharp edges (high frequencies) and discontinuities to appear in the spliced image. In this paper, an adaptive polynomial compression technique is introduced of hard and soft thresholding of transformed residual image that efficiently exploited both the spatial and frequency domains, where the technique starts by applying the polynomial coding in the spatial domain and then followed by the frequency domain of discrete wavelet transform (DWT) that utilized to decompose the residual image of hard and soft thresholding base. The results showed the improvement of adaptive techniques compared to the traditional polynomial coding technique.

Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of Campylobacter coli was extracted by using
digestive enzyme and hot phenol method. The effect of LPS on lymphocyte
transform was studies by lymphocyte transformation index for twenty blood samples
were collected from apparently healthy control.
The results were showed significant differences (P< 0.05) between samples which
treatrd with phytohemagglutnin PHA (66.1 ± 0.6) and the samples which treated
with LPS of C. coli (74.2 ± 0.8) when compared with control, this lead to suggest
that the LPS extracted from C. coli may play a role as a mitogen to transformed
lymphocytes.

In the current study, different concentrations of miltefosine drug, which is the first effective and safe oral treatment for visceral leishmaniasis, was evaluated against L. donovani promastigotes in comparison with pentosam drug. Direct counting microscopic assay was used to find 50% inhibitory concentration (IC50) of miltefosine and pentostam against L. donovani promastigotes. The IC50 of miltefosine drug was 45.42μg/ml, 46.76μg/ml and 36.68μg/ml after 24 hr, 48hr and 72hr respectively, In comparison with IC 50 of pentostam drug was 75.39 μg/ml after 72hr. There were significant differences (P˂0.05) between IC50 values of miltefosine and pentostam drugs from first day to third day.
