The dispersion relation of linear quantum ion acoustic waves is derivate according to a fluid approach that depends on the kinetic description of the systems of charged particles model. We discussed the dispersion relation by changing its parameters and graphically represented. We found through graphs that there is full agreement with previous studies on the subject of interest. That motivates us to discuss the dispersion relation of waves depending on the original basic parameters that implicitly involved in the relationship which change the relationship by one way or another, such as electron Fermi temperature and the density at equilibrium state.
Background: This study report the corrosion behavior of commercially pure titanium and Ti-6Al-4V alloy samples without coating and with hydroxyapatite, partial stabilized zirconia and mixture of partial stabilized zirconia and hydroxyapatite coating and comparison between them through electrochemical polarization tests in 37 0 C Hank's solution. Materials and methods: Electrophoretic deposition technique (EPD) was used to achieve the coating from each one of three types of the coating materials (HAP, PSZ and mixture of 50% HAP and 50%PSZ) on Cp Ti and Ti-6Al-4V alloy samples. The electrochemical corrosion test was performed when samples were exposed to Hank's solution prepared in the laboratory and the polarization potential, corrosion rate

Show MoreGypseous soil, which covers vast area in west, middle, east and south west regions of Iraq exhibit acceptable strength properties when dry, but it is weak and collapsible when it comes in touch with moisture from rain or other sources. When such weak soil is adopted for earth reinforced embankment construction, it may exhibit hazardous situation. Gypseous soil was investigated for the optimum liquid asphalt requirements of both cutback and emulsion using the one-dimensional unconfined compression strength test. The optimum fluid content was 13% (7% of cutback with 6% water content), and 17% (9% of emulsion with 8% water content). A laboratory model box of 50x50x25 cm was used as a representative of embankment; soil or asphalt stabilize
... Show MoreFerrites with the formula Cu0.5Ti0.5HoxFe2-xO4 (x= 0 and 0.09) were prepared by standard ceramic method. The powder mixtures were presintered at 900 oC for 5h. The final sintering of the pellets was performed at 1100 oC for 2 hrs. The dielectric properties and AC conductivity were measured at different temperatures over the frequency range 100Hz - 10MHz. The variation in dielectric constant with frequency revealed that dispersion is due to the Maxwell–Wagner type of interfacial polarization in accordance with Koop’s phenomenological theory. This ferrite showed high value of dielectric constant. At low frequencies the dielectric constant and dielectric loss factor was found to decrease with the increase in frequency and Ho addition. T

This was done by calculating the surface excess concentration (Γmax), minimum molecular area (Amin), surface pressure at the CMC (ᴨcmc), Gibbs Free Energy of adsorption (ΔG°ads), Gibbs free energy of micellization (ΔG°m), the standard enthalpy of micellization (ΔH°m), and the standard entropy of micellization (ΔS°m). The calculation was performed using the surface tension in the temperature range of 293-323 K with the variation of surfactant concentration to determine the crit

This paper develops a fuzzy multi-objective model for solving aggregate production planning problems that contain multiple products and multiple periods in uncertain environments. We seek to minimize total production cost and total labor cost. We adopted a new method that utilizes a Zimmermans approach to determine the tolerance and aspiration levels. The actual performance of an industrial company was used to prove the feasibility of the proposed model. The proposed model shows that the method is useful, generalizable, and can be applied to APP problems with other parameters.
In many applications such as production, planning, the decision maker is important in optimizing an objective function that has fuzzy ratio two functions which can be handed using fuzzy fractional programming problem technique. A special class of optimization technique named fuzzy fractional programming problem is considered in this work when the coefficients of objective function are fuzzy. New ranking function is proposed and used to convert the data of the fuzzy fractional programming problem from fuzzy number to crisp number so that the shortcoming when treating the original fuzzy problem can be avoided. Here a novel ranking function approach of ordinary fuzzy numbers is adopted for ranking of triangular fuzzy numbers with simpler an

In this work, Elzaki transform (ET) introduced by Tarig Elzaki is applied to solve linear Volterra fractional integro-differential equations (LVFIDE). The fractional derivative is considered in the Riemman-Liouville sense. The procedure is based on the application of (ET) to (LVFIDE) and using properties of (ET) and its inverse. Finally, some examples are solved to show that this is computationally efficient and accurate.
