Background:-Osteoarthritis (OA) is the most common form of arthritis and the leading source of physical disability in elderly people. The Prevalence of OA is increasing and will continue to do so as the population gets older. The OA is predominantly managed in primary care centers by primary health care physicians and much can be done to alleviate symptoms from osteoarthritis by combinations of therapeutic options including pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments.

Till now microalbuminuria, with its restrictions, is the early marker of DN, appeared after the disease exacerbation. The using of phytochemicals  of Punica granatum to control the

snail    of    Bulinus      truncatus     the    intermediate     hosts     of    urinary

schistosomiasis in Iraq in a laboratory study.

It  was  found that  the peel  and leave  of Punica  granatum  was

effective  to  control  the  snail  with  very  small  amount  of  different concentrations (30-50 mg/l) in the first day of the treatment.

Urine samples had been gathered from females living in Baghdad city. The sample consisted of 30 females who suffered from U.T.I (Urinary tract infections) and 20 healthy females. The type of urine U.T.I was specified by the emergency lab in Al-Kindy hospital, and alpha tracks were determined by the nuclear track detector CR-39. The concentrations of alpha in 30 urine samples taken from females who had U.T.I ranged from 0.327ppm-1.583ppm, with an average of 0.94965 ppm. The maximum value 1.583 ppm is belonging to females with an aged 57 years old. The results of healthy female concentration ranged from 0.022 ppm-0.459ppm with an average of (0.30855ppm). Objective : To find out the prevalence of Hypochondriasis among Iraqi repatriated prisoners of
Iraq-Iran war, and the relationship with some variables.
Methodology: A descriptive study was carried out from Jan. 2nd , 2006 through May 4th , 2006. A
non-probability accidental sample of 400 repatriates who had visited; Ministry of Human Rights,
Ministry of Health, and Ministry of Defense. A questionnaire was constructed for this purpose, which
consisted of 6 items for demographic data, and 14 items for measuring Hypochondriasis. Reliability
and validity of the questionnaire had been determined through the pilot study (Test and retest) and the
experts panel. Data were collected with using the constructed questionnaire an
