A new, simple, sensitive and fast developed method was used for the determination of methyldopa in pure and pharmaceutical formulations by using continuous flow injection analysis. This method is based on formation a burgundy color complex between methyldopa andammonium ceric (IV) nitrate in aqueous medium using long distance chasing photometer NAG-ADF-300-2. The linear range for calibration graph was 0.05-8.3 mmol/L for cell A and 0.1-8.5 mmol/L for cell B, and LOD 952.8000 ng /200 µL for cell A and 3.3348 µg /200 µL for cell B respectively with correlation coefficient (r) 0.9994 for cell A and 0.9991 for cell B, RSD % was lower than 1 % for n=8. Subject and Method :
study involved sixty five children with kala-azar who were admitted to the maternity and children teaching hospital in Diwaniah during a one year period , 1999. The
clinical and epidemiological criteria of the disease were discussed. The majority of these patients were under the age of 5 years ( 97% ) and were from rural areas ( 86% )
Result :
The symptoms and signs of the disease were fever (100% ), splenomegaly (100% ), anaemia ( 100% ), hepatomegaly ( 92% ), anorexia ( 62% ), bleeding tendency ( 46%
) and jaundice ( 31% ). Our patients had high incidence of bleeding tendency , jaundice , edema and relatively high mortality in comparison with patients elsewhere

The study aimed at identifying youth and sport forums from planning and leadership point of view and their relation with organizational culture. The researchers used the descriptive method on (140) worker in Baghdad youth and sport forums. A scale was designed for measuring planning and leadership in youth and sport forums as well as designing a scale for measuring organizational culture. After the application of the main experiment, the results showed that both youth and sport forum administration scale and organizational culture scale are appropriate to the study community.
