The electron correlation for inter-shells (1s 2p), (1s 3p) and (1s 3d) was described by the inter-particle radial distribution function f(r12). It was evaluated for Li-atom in the different excited states (1s2 2p), (1s2 3p) and (1s2 3d) using Hartree-Fock approximation (HF). The inter particle expectation values for these shells were also evaluated. The calculations were performed using Mathcad 14 program.
The 3-parameter Weibull distribution is used as a model for failure since this distribution is proper when the failure rate somewhat high in starting operation and these rates will be decreased with increasing time .
In practical side a comparison was made between (Shrinkage and Maximum likelihood) Estimators for parameter and reliability function using simulation , we conclude that the Shrinkage estimators for parameters are better than maximum likelihood estimators but the maximum likelihood estimator for reliability function is the better using statistical measures (MAPE)and (MSE) and for different sample sizes.

... Show MoreRecently heavy rainfall that occurs in last decade for Baghdad city is part of climate changes effect on Iraq in general and Baghdad in particular. Rain is considered the main part in the water cycle as it enters mainly within the water system and water balance; therefore present study put of a special criterion to determine the amount of rainfall and analyzed in order to quantify the amount and the diagnosis of heavy rain. The availability of data by Iraqi Metrological Organization and Seismology (IMOS) for time period (1985/1986-2014/2015) held achieve the research objective .There are many statistical methods figure out the difference to determine the amount of rain, Climatology mean (C M) is one of them specia

This study includes six species related to the genus Echinops L. (composite) grown in Iraq which are listed below: E.armatus Boiss. & Hausskn., E. bicolor Nabelek, E. cephalotes DC., E.haussknechtii Boiss., E. moulensis Rech., E. nitens Bornm., the geographical distribution and ecological preferences' were documented.
It has been also observed that this genus was distributed near waterfalls, vallies, road side, dry limestone, clay soil and hard rocky soil in Different heights. The most separated species was E.armatus and the least separated one was E.haussknechtii, the species was listed in diagram and distributed on a map.
This manuscript presents a new approach to accurately calculating exponential integral function that arises in many applications such as contamination, groundwater flow, hydrological problems and mathematical physics. The calculation is obtained with easily computed components without any restrictive assumptions
A detailed comparison of the execution times is performed. The calculated results by the suggested approach are better and faster accuracy convergence than those calculated by other methods. Error analysis of the calculations is studied using the absolute error and high convergence is achieved. The suggested approach out-performs all previous methods used to calculate this function and this decision is

The calculation is based on the relativistic Dirac–Fock (DF) solutions using the so called ‘‘Frozen Orbital’’ approximation, takes into account the effect of atomic vacancies created in the conversion process, covering a transition energies of 1–5000 keV. A large number of points were used to minimize any errors due to mesh-size effects. The internal conversion coefficients display a smooth monotonic dependence on transition energy, multipolarity and atomic shell. Comparing the values of PCC to ICC, it is interesting to note, that the energy dep

Show MoreThe main rationale for using charged particles in radiation therapy is the strong rise of energy loss (deposited dose) with maximum penetration depth ( Bragg peak) and rapid dose deposited behind the peak. Thus, a large dose can be applied to a deep seated tumor, with saving the surrounding normal tissues . Proton radiotherapy is nowadays an established method in the management of cancer diseases, although its availability is still limited to a few specialized centers. In this study, the range and the stopping power for proton interaction in the skeleton and intestine tissues, for an energy range from 0.01 to 300 MeV, was studied.
