Many researchers tried to prevent or reduce moisture damage and its sensitivity to temperature to improving the performance of hot mix asphalt because it is decreasing the functional and structural life of fixable pavement due to the moisture damage had exposed to it.

Quantum dots (QDs) of cadmium sulfide (CdS) was prepared by chemical
reaction method with different potential of hydrogen (pH) values. The
morphological and optical measurements of cadmium sulfide QDs were considered
by atomic force microscopy (AFM), ultraviolet-visible (UV-VIS.) and
photoluminescence (PL) spectrometer respectively. The energy gap (Eg) was
calculated from photoluminescence spectra were found to be about 2.7, 2.6 and 2.5
eV at pH values 8, 10 and 12 respectively for CdS QDs. The decreasing of energy
gaps is rises from the effect the pH solution increases, which in turn leads to the
shifted of the PL spectrum toward red shifted, which creates the energy bands at
surface states are shallow bands.

This study was obtained to estimate the concentrations of IL-35 and hs-CRP in cardiovascular diseases Iraqi patients. The Sample of the study consisted of (100) patients in lbn-Albeetar and Baghdad Teaching Hospital. The preparation and characterization of the Cu (II), Co(II), Ni(II), Zn(II), Cd(II), and Hg(II) metal complexes of heterocyclic azo ligand 2-[(4`-sulphamide phenyl) azo] -4,5-diphenyl imidazole (4-SuBAI) have been studied by elemental analysis, FT-IR and UV-Vis Spectroscopic, magnetic moment and molar conductance methods. The analytical data showed that all chelate complexes were prepared with (metal-ligand) ratio of (1:2). The general formula of these complexes was [ML2X2]. nH2O [were L=2-[(4`-sulphamide phenyl) azo]-4,5-diphenyl imidazole and X=Cl, and the octahedral geometry were suggested for these complexes .
