Regional immune response with mammary gland carcinoma was
studied statistically. However, the prognostic value remains
conflicting. Thirty mice were used in this study which infected
were with mammary gland carcinoma. The tumor size of the animals
under study were measured before and after laser irradiation by using
a vernier and compared these results were with that of non irradiated
animals with laser (control group)

Cells were irradiated by 532 nm Nd:YAG laser using 0.153 W/cm2 power density at 30, 45, 60,180 and 300 seconds exposure times in their respective orders. In this work, the adsorption of reactive yellow dye (Remazol yellow FG dye) by granular activated carbon (GAC) was investigated using batch and continuous process. The batch process involved determination the equilibrium isotherm curve either favorable or unfavorable by estimation relation between adsorption capacity and concentration of dye at different dosage of activated carbon. The results were fitted with equilibrium isotherm models Langmuir and Freundlich models with R2value (>0.97).
